Coronation Street fans say 'can we not' after being reminded of tragic death branded 'biggest mistake'

Coronation Street fans couldn't quite cope with being reminded of one of the soap's most tragic deaths which they claimed was one of their 'biggest mistakes'. Tina McIntyre made somewhat of a return to the cobbles on Monday night (February 12) as newcomer Bobby had questions about her and her death.
Bobby, played by Jack Carroll, arrived in Weatherfield after Christmas, revealing himself as the nephew of Carla Connor, which she knew nothing about. It quickly transpired that he was the son of her brother, Rob Donovan, and with his dad in prison and having been kicked out by his mum, he needed somewhere to stay.
Meanwhile, fans will remember that Rob, played by Marc Bayliss, first made his soap debut back in July 2012 - looking for his sister - but hasn’t been seen on screens since April 2017 from behind bars.

While Rob soon became a firm favourite with viewers and was involved in several big storylines over the years, Corrie viewers will never forget him for killing Tina, played by then newcomer Michelle Keegan. Shortly after getting engaged to Tracy Barlow, Rob pushed Tina from the balcony of the builder's yard.
She was still alive after her fall but Rob realised and bludgeoned Tina to keep his other crimes a secret. She was found by Carla, who called for help and Tina was rushed to hospital where she had an operation to remove parts of her skull to allow room for the swelling on her brain to reduce.
