S Club fans in tears as band make first appearance on The One Show without Paul Cattermole

S Club has appeared on The One Show tonight (Friday) on the eve of their comeback single and tour. The five-piece spoke frankly about missing Paul Cattermole, and fans were in floods at their reaction.
The 46-year-old died of natural causes in April as the band was planning its return to pop music. And now the remaining members have revealed that he is "fuelling all of the decisions we're making" ahead of the tour.
Speaking to Alex Jones and Ronan Kemp, Rachel Stevens said: "We never really thought about not coming back, we just needed time to take it all in, to pause for a bit and spend time together, and work out what we were going to do next.

"We're just fuelled even more now because Paul was just beyond excited about the tour. So we're now doing it in his honour and celebrating everything we have. He's fuelling all of the decisions we're making, it's just going to be a big celebration."
Hannah Spearritt, who was previously in a relationship with Paul, is no longer taking part in the tour or single. She has said she is still too upset about his death, and was not on The One Show.
The group said that the new single, These Are The Days, forms their tribute to Paul. The video to go with the song has the remaining members - including Bradley McIntosh and Jon Lee - watching footage of the old days, with Paul's happy smile filling the screen on many occasions.
Jo O'Meara said: "We've reworked the lyrics to make it more of a tribute song. With the video as well, it's about reflecting in a really positive and happy way, just what a massive character Paul was. He was so goofy and so much fun to be around, we wanted to keep it S
