Rylan Clark makes 'threat' over This Morning return as he gets new co-host

Rylan Clark has jokingly 'threatened' not to show up for his stint hosting This Morning next week as it was revealed he'll be joined by a new yet familiar face. The BBC Radio 2 host finished his first stint in a while last week but will be back on the ITV daytime show in the coming days.
Cat Deeley is set to host This Morning next week as ITV looks to replace former presenter Holly Willoughby. The presenter left ITV daytime show months after co-host Phillip Schofield resigned.
Phillip, 61, announced his decision to quit This Morning back in May this year after saying rumours of a fractured relationship with Holly behind the scenes had "become the story". However, he resigned from ITV altogether merely a week later after admitting to an “unwise but not illegal” relationship with a younger male colleague.

Meanwhile, Holly's decision to quit was shared on October 10 in a social media statement. The 42-year-old said it had been an 'honour to just be part of its story', but said it was a call she had to make for herself and her family. In the Instagram post, she wrote: "I have let ITV know today that after 14 years, I will not be returning to This Morning."
On Monday and Tuesday next week, Cat will step in to host alongside Rylan before the 47-year-old co-presents with Craig on Wednesday. Craig and Alison will then host on Thursday before Alison reunites with Dermot for their Friday programme together as usual.
