Holly Willoughby's latest This Morning replacement has been revealed and fans are also set to get their wish as Rylan Clark will return alongside them. The presenter left ITV daytime show months after co-host Phillip Schofield resigned.
Phillip, 61, announced his decision to quit This Morning back in May this year after saying rumours of a fractured relationship with Holly behind the scenes had "become the story". However, he resigned from ITV altogether merely a week later after admitting to an “unwise but not illegal” relationship with a younger male colleague.
Meanwhile, Holly's decision to quit was shared on October 10 in a social media statement. The 42-year-old said it had been an 'honour to just be part of its story', but said it was a call she had to make for herself and her family. In the Instagram post, she wrote: "I have let ITV know today that after 14 years, I will not be returning to This Morning."

At first it was Rochelle Humes and Craig Doyle who took over, before Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary filled in for a two-week stint. The pair were then replaced by Rylan Clark and Josie Gibson, who finished their few days presenting together on Thursday.
This week, Rochelle and Craig have returned together for the Monday to Thursday slot as Alison and Dermot take on their usual Friday show. But next week, there's a new but familiar face joining Rylan at the helm.
