A mix of sunshine and showers is forecast for Greater Manchester over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend.
According to the Met Office, light showers are forecast for our region today on Good Friday. After a mostly dry morning, scattered showers are forecast for this afternoon amid some cloudy spells.
Temperatures will reach a high of around 11C this afternoon. After today and over the rest of the Easter weekend, weather conditions look forecast to be mostly dry in our region.

Sunny spells are forecast for Saturday with a mix of cloudy weather. The mercury will reach highs of around 13C in the afternoon.
On Sunday, more sunny and cloudy spells are predicted in our region with a top temperatures of 14C forecast. On Bank Holiday Monday, the weather will turn more overcast and cloudy though it looks set to remain largely dry.
On the weather picture for the UK over the weekend, forecasters predict more 'settled' conditions after a spell of wet and windy weather. Met Office deputy chief meteorologist Dan Harris, said: "The weather is expected to gradually improve following the widely unsettled spell of the past few days, with a fairly typical mix of spring-like weather across the UK.
"There will be some sunshine, and it will feel increasingly warm for most as the winds become lighter. However, the west and especially southwest is likely to see passing showers too, which could be quite heavy and frequent at times.
"Eastern coastal districts are also likely to feel increasingly cold as an onshore breeze develops, threatening persistent low cloud in some areas too."
