Greater Manchester has woken up to a sunny Saturday morning as we enter the Easter weekend.
Following a week of rain and wind, the region is finally seeing some sunshine. With these sunny spells set to remain for most of the day, Mancs are expected to as flock to local beauty spots to enjoy some time in the great outdoors.
However, it's not quite time to put the raincoats away, as forecasters say we can expect some scattered showers and cloud both on Saturday and throughout the long weekend.

According to the Met Office, conditions are expected to settle, but we could see some isolated showers across the region. You can find the full weather forecast below.
Forecasters predict variable amounts of cloud with sunny spells for much of the day. A few isolated showers could develop here and there, but these are expected to be generally lighter than of late.
