Manchester United are considering a swoop for £60million-valued Juventus defender Bremer this summer. That's according to reports from Il Bianconero as the Premier League giants mull over potential replacements for former Real Madrid superstar Raphael Varane - on the proviso he leaves Old Trafford.
Varane only has a few months left to run on his contract at United, although the club do hold a 12-month option, with INEOS expected to be heavy-handed in the market after investment from Sir Jim Ratcliffe was finalised. Their main priority includes a proposed recruit at centre-back to partner Lisandro Martinez.
Bremer, 26, is among several names to be mooted and the Brazil international continues to earn rave reviews for his performances with Juventus this season. He has totted-up 70 appearances, with seven goals, since joining the Old Lady from Torino in 2022.

The three-cap defender has four years left to run on his contract. However, according to the latest reports, which indicate United have sent scouts to watch the centre-back on several occasions this season, he could be available for around £60million when the market reopens.
Elsewhere, reports from Team Talk suggest Arsenal have made an offer worth €30million plus add-ons for United-linked Benfica striker Marcos Leonardo, who could be earmarked for a Premier League move this summer. Rasmus Hojlund is first-choice at Old Trafford following his £72million transfer from Atalanta last summer, but United could snap-up an alternative option to the Denmark prospect.
