Former This Morning host Phillip Schofield has removed all traces of his once close friend Holly Willoughby from his Instagram account. Phillip and Holly presented the ITV daytime show together for over a decade until he left the show in May.Their friendship became frayed before Phillip admitted to having an affair with a much younger colleague on the programme, which led to him stepping down as presenter after 21 years. His Instagram page has over two million followers, and at one stage, it was full of snaps of him and Holly showing how close they were during their time on the show.The pair were such good friends outside of This Morning that they used to holiday abroad together with their families every year.
