Sofyan Amrabat, Antony and Rasmus Hojlund are all set to start the match and they've replaced Kobbie Mainoo, Marcus Rashford (who is suspended) and Anthony Martial in the team respectively.
Many expected Mainoo to retain his starting role after his impressive full Premier League debut against Everton at the weekend, but Amrabat has been given the nod to start for the first time since October 29.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka has also returned to the starting team at the expense of Diogo Dalot, who has dropped to the bench.
Ten Hag explained his team selection to MUTV ahead of kick-off and said: "Anthony Martial did a great job against Everton, but he's been out for a longer period, so he has to get used to, more games in a row to play and I'm sure he can contribute tonight or in other games.
"But also Rasmus, he's scored already five times in the Champions League and we know they are not quick from the back, so we want to use his speed.
