Coronation Street fans spot 'unbelievable' detail as Paul given hope amid health battle

Coronation Street fans were left calling out an 'unbelievable' detail after Paul Foreman was given a bit of hope in recent scenes. The character, played by Peter Ash in the ITV soap, was devastated last week when his tablet was stolen.
The piece of tech is set to be a lifeline for the former builder and his family - including husband Billy Mayhew, mum Bernie Winter and sister Gemma Winter-Brown - as it contains recordings of his voice which can be used when his health deteriorates as he lives with Motor Neurone Disease.
Paul was making the best of his recent deterioration and took the tablet with him to the Rovers Return and was playing some of his messages - some cheekier than others - alongside Billy and their friends.

However, there were later shocking scenes when the beloved pub was robbed. Glenda Shuttleworth was left in charge during a speed dating night at the Rovers
The night was lacking in romance aside from Daisy's mum Christina taking a shine to a guy with a tattoo. Soon, with the chaos of the evening over and the pub closed, Glenda headed through to the bar to find masked burglars raiding the till. One of the men ordered a terrified Glenda to get down on the floor and she did as she was told while crying among the broken glass.
As the robbers made off with the takings, a tearful and panicky Glenda called the police. Landlady Jenny Connor later returned home to find out from Glenda that they’d been burgled. She put on a brave face but it's clear that the usual life and soul of the party is struggling with anxiety.
