Britain's Got Talent is known for its adorable dog acts over the years and the audience was treated to a performance by super-cute duo Bonnie and Simba in Saturday night's show (April 29). Bonnie the springer spaniel and Olga the border collie were brought on stage by trainer Olga Jones to entertain with their dog dancing.
Unfortunately the act wasn't enough to impress the judging panel and the performance was cut short. However, head judge Simon Cowell's interest was sparked when Olga mentioned that Bonnie could play the piano.
They later returned to the stage as a duo and Bonnie showed what she could do on the keys, becoming the long-running ITV talent show's first piano playing dog and the first animal to play a musical instrument on BGT since it began in 2007. It was music to the judges' ears, sending Bonnie through to the next stage of the competition.

@Erdogan44 took to Twitter to argue: "Are the judges kidding? The dog just hammered random keys." But other viewers flocked to make the same point. @misscatxxxx said: "She said the dog would play the piano didn’t say she played well #BGT #BritainsGotTalent."
@mlawelshgirl also said: "A dog playing piano maybe out of tune but they did play." And @JRsArmchair joked: "The dog is playing all the right notes but not necessarily in the right order."
@birdschris1 tweeted: "And the dogs playing a piano heads fall off." And @MagichaeI quipped: "That dog is playing Bach on the piano." While @kimmyfent said: "Not good for the ego to know that your piano playing is the same level as a dog."
It turns out that the piano isn't the only instrument that Bonnie plays. Proud Olga has also shared on her Instagram
