BBC Death In Paradise star Tahj Miles has landed a new role after his exit from the detective drama in which he played Marlon Pryce.
The 22-year-old joined the show in season 10 as young troublemaker Marlon when Commissioner Selwyn Patterson (Don Warrington) thought it would be wise for the teenager to join the Youth Offenders Police team.
Three seasons later, Marlon became a real police officer much to fan's delight, the Express reports.
However, their joy didn't last long as viewers were left "fully sobbing" earlier this month after the beloved character made his emotional departure from the show.
The young officer decided to leave the island of Santa Marie after his sister got a scholarship in Jamaica.
However, his exit was a bittersweet moment for fans as JP Hooper (Tobi Bakari) also made a brief return to the show.
Tahj has now shared an update about his latest project with his social media followers as he took to Instagram to upload a selection of promotional pictures from his new onscreen venture titled, Crosshatch.
Tahj simply titled the post: "Crosshatch. Coming soon."
