Manchester City were crowned champions of Europe for the first time in their history on Saturday evening after beating Inter Milan 1-0 in the Champions League final in Istanbul.
Midfield enforcer Rodri scored the only goal of the game with just over 20 minutes of regulation time remaining. The Blues were frustrated for long periods by Inter, who had their fair share of chances to get back into the contest in the closing stages.
Victory in Istanbul meant City equalled Manchester United's record of winning the Premier League, the FA Cup and the Champions League in the same season, securing themselves a historic Treble. United won each of the three aforementioned competitions back in 1998/99, winning the Champions League final in dramatic fashion against Bayern Munich.
City manager Pep Guardiola has done an outstanding job since taking charge at the Etihad Stadium back in 2016, so much so that he has now won 14 major trophies during his premiership. He will now be looking to add both the UEFA Super Cup and the FIFA Club World Cup to his collection next season.

City's Champions League triumph has, unsurprisingly, brought up one big question: which Treble-winning side was better?

MEN Sport is inviting both City and United supporters to have their say on which Treble-winning side you believe is the best. You can cast your vote in the poll below.
