A disabled Edinburgh man who was trapped in his home due to a broken lift was forced to drag himself down flights of stairs in fear of missing his wedding day.

Officers believe that a wanted man may have fled to Scotland to avoid being taken back to prison.
Shane Ellwood is thought to have travelled across the border to dodge a return to jail in Bedfordshire, England.
Bedfordshire Live reports that the 31-year-old, who has no fixed abode, is described as being around 5ft 5in tall, of a slim build, with short brown hair.
Officers are looking for the public's help in tracing Ellwood, who is known to have a number of distinguishing tattoos on his arms, hand and chest.
They have also warned that it is a criminal offence to harbour the con.
PC Brian Holmes, from Bedfordshire Police, said: "We are appealing to anyone who knows the whereabouts of Ellwood to contact us immediately with any information. It is also important to be aware that harbouring someone who is wanted is a criminal offence."
