This was the same night Shay found out about Leviss' months-long affair with their co-star, Tom Sandoval, effectively ending his nine-year relationship with Ariana Madix.«I did not punch her in the face -- as you see, I can't really form a proper fist,» Shay said, attempting to clench her long, manicured hands into a fist.«There's a shove and there's a punch, and I did not punch her,» She added. When asked if she threw Leviss' phone, Shay admitted that she did, and she doesn't regret any of it, answering host Andy Cohen with an emphatic «no.»The alleged altercation led Leviss to file a restraining order against her  co-star, seeking court-ordered protection from Shay following the encounter, in which Leviss claimed that Shay punched her and caused injuries to her face.After submitting the TRO request, the judge approved it and ordered Shay to stay 100 yards away from Leviss, her home, vehicle and workplace.

Filmed by Daniel McCabe over the course of three seasons in Uganda, “Grasshopper Republic” follows a grasshopper trapping team in verité style as these modern-day prospectors push into remote forests seeking their fortune by capturing this elusive prey. We witness massive generators being hauled up collapsing mudbanks. Light posts are erected with chemically treated bulbs, casting a lurid neon green pall over the tree canopy, irresistibly attracting the swarm to their corrugated iron traps.

Matt Donnelly Senior Film Writer Legendary Entertainment, the content studio behind “Dune” and the rebooted “Godzilla” franchise, has secured a new $800 million credit facility from J.P. Morgan. The new fund updates a preexisting line of credit and will span five years, the company announced Tuesday. It’s a sign of confidence in the unit, run by CEO Josh Grode and vice chairman of worldwide production Mary Parent, that a traditional mega-lender would invest at such a turbulent time in a media business rife with consolidation and Wall Street woes. Grode said the company was “pleased to extend our relationship with J.P. Morgan as we continue to grow our global film and TV pipeline and monetize our IP across multiple platforms.” He credited the creative team led by Parent for “creating compelling content that resonates with audiences around the world.”

Leo Barraclough International Features Editor ZDF Studios has secured the global distribution rights (excluding India) for “Colonies in Conflict,” a feature-length documentary that examines the perilous existence of wild bees in a fast-changing Indian landscape. Last year, the film was a finalist at the Jackson Wild Media Awards and won the best independent production award at Rotterdam’s Wildlife Film Festival. “Colonies in Conflict,” which is directed and written by Rajani Mani (“Miles to Go,” “In God’s Own Country,” “Food? Health? Hope?”), focuses on the threat to honeybees. These prolific pollinators are a keystone species that props up the ecological arc on which the survival of several species, including humans, depend. Human action is causing pollinator declines all over the world spelling disaster to nutritional security and the biodiversity of our ecosystems.

EXCLUSIVE:  MRC has acquired rights to This, But Again, a short story by David Iserson. It will be developed as a directing vehicle for Ben Stiller, who will also produce through his Red Hour banner. Script will be written by Iserson, a WGA Award winner for his work on Mr. Robot, and whose credits include Mad Men and New Girl, as well as the feature The Spy Who Dumped Me with Mila Kunis and Kate McKinnon. He collaborated with Susanna Fogel on that one and they are now cowriting The Mentor for Sony.

Emily Longeretta Sylvester Stallone is taking a swing at something new. Paramount+’s upcoming reality show, “The Family Stallone,” which follows follow the actor, his wife and their three daughters, will premiere on the service on May 17 in the U.S., Canada, Latin America and Brazil. The show will debut the following day in the U.K., Australia and Italy, with further international markets to follow. The unscripted series will give viewers a chance to get to know Stallone’s wife, Jennifer Flavin Stallone, who is a businesswoman and the co-owner of the Serious Skin Care wellness brand. Additionally, viewers will meet the pair’s three daughters, who are all on different paths; the oldest, Sophia, is still finding her focus and co-hosts the “Unwaxed” podcast with Sistine; Sistine, whose an actress and model, is developing her first feature film; and Scarlet is working on her acting career while at college. The author will help adapt her bestselling book, which weaves together poignant stories of loss and resilience, as well as Cain’s personal experience. It also touches on art, literature, religion and science to explain why longing and loss can be so deeply profound and transformational. Mara Lieberman, the executive director of Bated Breath Theatre Company, will write the adaptation in collaboration with Cain, and direct and produce it. The new production will be produced by Bated Breath and RRR Productions, which was founded by Ryan Ratelle.

Raquel Leviss' temporary restraining order against Scheana Shay has officially been dismissed, ET has learned. Earlier this month, Leviss filed the restraining order against her co-star, seeking court-ordered protection from Shay following an alleged altercation between them.After submitting the TRO request, the judge approved it and ordered Shay to stay 100 yards away from Leviss, her home, vehicle and workplace. Shay pushed back at claims made by Leviss in her filing for a restraining order. On Wednesday, Leviss and her attorney didn’t show up to court for their hearing and the judge dismissed the restraining order. Shay's attorney, Neama Rahmani, who refers to Leviss by her legal name, Rachel, tells ET, «This isn’t reality TV. This is the real world and Rachel’s actions have real consequences.

The television comedy “Awkafina Is Nora From Queens” draws inspiration from creator and writer Awkwafina’s life experiences growing up in Queens, N.Y. — and she’ll also make her directorial debut with Season 3. On the show, Awkwafina (aka Nora Lin) maneuvers through the hardships of young adulthood with the support of her closest family members, her father (BD Wong), grandmother (Lori Tan Chinn) and cousin (Bowen Yang). From the looks of the teaser, it looks like their lively, eccentric family dynamic from previous seasons will still be present in Season 3.
