Ever since James Argent embarked on a life changing fitness transformation three years ago, the popular reality star has been delighting audiences with his new found love of exercise and healthy living. The 36 year old TOWIE star shed a whopping 13 stone after realising just how damaging his former weight had on his health, and although the star underwent a gastric sleeve procedure to help slim down - since then he has become a huge fan of exercise.
And it appears he has now been sharing that enthusiasm with his former co-star James Lock, 37, after the pair were spotted working out together at a David Lloyd gym in Chigwell, Essex. Arg himself even shared a glimpse at their session online as he posted a photo on Instagram of the pair dressed in workout gear ahead of their session.
Dressed down in a chic blue tracksuit, complete with white trainers, Arg appeared to be high spirits as he shared the snap beside a rack of weights, meanwhile his companion James had opted for a black hoody and patterned shorts to workout, this time teamed with a pair of grey trainers. Arg then cheekily captioned the photo: “Showing James Lock how to lift weights,” despite knowing that James himself was a fitness aficionado who even launched his own personal training app at the start of the month! In fact, back in 2020, Lockie even opened up to GQ Magazine about working with weights during the Coronavirus pandemic, as he told the publication:”The gym for me isn’t just about the fitness: it keeps my mind in a positive state too, which is just as, if not more, important.
