American rock band Thirty Seconds to Mars have been forced to reschedule a number of UK and Europe gigs planned for this summer - including a show at Manchester’s AO Arena that was set for next month.
The band, made up of Hollywood actor Jared Leto and his brother Shannon, previously announced six UK dates on their Seasons world tour to coincide with the release of their sixth album It’s The End Of The World But It’s A Beautiful Day.
The duo were set to kick things off in Glasgow on April 16 before heading to Nottingham, Manchester, Birmingham, Cardiff and London. All six dates have now been rescheduled due to delays and changes in Jared’s filming schedule as a result of the SAG-AFTRA Actors’ strike last year.

Thirty Seconds to Mars will now kick off their UK tour dates on June 3 in Nottingham, before heading to London and Glasgow on June 4 and 6. The band’s show at the AO Arena in Manchester will now take place on June 7. All tickets purchased for the previous dates remain valid.
The band will then perform in Birmingham on June 9 before heading to Cardiff for a June 10 gig. Shows in Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Sweden and Norway have also been rescheduled to dates later in the year.
Speaking about the shift in schedule, the band said: “Due to the SAG-AFTRA Actors’ strike and subsequent delays in Jared’s filming schedule, some of the EU/UK dates of our Seasons World Tour have been rescheduled.
“We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We can’t wait to see you all on the road very soon. Thank you for understanding."
