A confused customer is on the hunt to find a lottery winner after finding their tickets and cheque in a Tesco shopping trolley.
The prize was found by Richard Haslop, who is keen to return the winnings to owner of the ticket, Barry Levett.
Richard, who has appealed on several Facebook groups in the hope of finding Barry, did not say how much the prize was or which store it was found in, but the person who comes forward will be asked what the lottery tickets were in to confirm that they have the right person, according to the Mirror.
Richard wrote: "Anyone know a Barry Levett? The reason I ask is that my wife found a number of lottery tickets (which also included a winning cheque made out to Barry hence why we know a name) in a Tesco’s trolley and we wish to return to him."
His post continued: "A description of what the tickets are kept in would be required before anyone tries to claim on his behalf. Thank you."
Anyone who knows Barry is being urged to contact Richard here in a bid to get the lottery tickets reunited with the winner.
If you know Barry you can contact Richard here and help get the lottery tickets to the winner.
