Love Island winner Paige Turley is looking forward to becoming the 'mad aunty' to her co-star's baby.
The Scots influencer won Winter Love Island in 2020, alongside beau Finley Tapp, and has remained close pals with many of her co-stars - including pregnant Shaughna Phillips. The 28-year-old is expecting her first child with her partner, who remains unnamed as he doesn't want to be in the public eye.
During a Q&A session on Instagram, the soon-to-be mother was asked how Paige, 25, reacted to finding out her big baby news. She responded: "I facetimed Paige and Fin about 15 minutes after I found out and had the camera pointing onto the test.
"I wish I recorded all of these moments but I was in such shock it didn't even cross my mind. It was so magical though, I can't wait for Paige to meet the baby! We have some stories to tell them when we are older."
The West Lothian born star reshared the sweet post to her fans, and added: "CAN'T wait to be the mad aunty and uncle." Paige and Finley were some of the first people Shaughna told about her pregnancy, after forming a close bond in the villa in 2020.
Speaking to OK! Magazine, Shaughna revealed who the first person she told her big news too. She said: "It was my brother, Callum. He was the only person in the house with me at the time. I screamed his name and he came running out thinking there was a burglar in the house or something.
"I said to him, “I’m pregnant! I have a baby in my belly.” My mum was on holiday in Turkey, so I FaceTimed her immediately and showed her the positive pregnancy test. At first she thought it was my dog Bunnie who was pregnant! I was like, “No, it’s me!”
