The 45 year old former model owes over £750,000 in unpaid taxes. At a recent court hearing in London, Judge Sebastian Prentis said Katie hadn't replied to the tax office about her debts and so she was declared bankrupt.The judge explained: "There has been no response from the debtor.The papers are in order.There is substantial debt due from Ms Price to HMRC and therefore I will make a bankruptcy order."
