Katie Price has said 'no one can take her house' even though she's been declared bankrupt again.
The star has made it clear that she still owns her so-called Mucky Mansion, despite being declared bankrupt for a second time. The 45 year old former model owes over £750,000 in unpaid taxes. At a recent court hearing in London, Judge Sebastian Prentis said Katie hadn't replied to the tax office about her debts and so she was declared bankrupt.
The judge explained: "There has been no response from the debtor.
The papers are in order.
There is substantial debt due from Ms Price to HMRC and therefore I will make a bankruptcy order." That's basically what happened to me.
