Scottish actor Ncuti Gatwa, who landed a role in the new Barbie film, has shared some 'behind the scenes' snaps from attending the premiere in London on Wednesday as he brushed shoulders with his idol Greta.
"Doctor Ken has arrived," said the Rwandan-born star as he captioned a photo of himself attending the star-studded event wearing sparkly silver shorts, a white cape and a white cowboy hat as he beamed widely among the other co-stars.
The 30-year-old, who will also take on the role of the 15th Doctor in the BBC sci-fi show Doctor Who, landed a spot in the star-studded cast and plays a version of the iconic doll Ken in the flick which is set to come out on July 21.
He joins the leading Hollywood stars Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, and fellow Scottish actress Two Doors Down star Sharon Rooney who will also be playing 'Lawyer Barbie' in the film.
Sharing snaps of his time at the highly-anticipated premiere to his 2.5 million Instagram followers as part of the huge PR run, Ncuti shared a heartwarming moment between him and film director Greta Gerwig as he admitted he had a "fangirling" moment.
