Sharing some snaps of the evening to her Instagram, Nina wrote: "walking through Leicester Square dressed as Scottish Barbie was an experience thanks for having me @barbiethemovie - obsessed."
Nina had her hair scraped back in a typical Barbie half up-half down style, finished off with a black bow with many fans saying she gave Margot Robbie a run for her money.
One fan wrote: "Giving Margot some serious competition there!"
And another added: "I LOVE this look."
While one wrote: "Your Barble does justice: elegant classy, and absolutely gorgeous."
Nina is no stranger to nodding to her hometown as last year she made a spoof music video called Scot Girl Summer, where she drank cans of Tennents and sang whilst clutching a bottle of Irn Bru as a mic.
In recent years the star shared TikTok making reference to her Scottish roots by creating 'Scot Girl Summer' which was a video of her and her pal Clare dancing around a London park whilst draped in mini Scotland flags and drinking a Tennent's Super.
Nina sings: "The rain is pouring, clouds are grey. Who needs Spain? Or LA!
"It's Scot girl summer!
"Taps are aff, tins are out, in the park just hanging about.
"It's Scot girl summer!
Nina wasn't the only Scot on the pink carpet last night as Two Doors Down actress Sharon Rooney stunned in an aqua blue dress with a bow as she landed a role in the movie as 'Lawyer Barbie'.
