Philippe Clement admits Rangers are still a work in progress - but reckons his side are on the path to becoming a team unit again.
The Light Blues’ Belgian boss celebrated making it to a dozen games unbeaten with a narrow 1-0 win at Tynecastle. Abdallah Sima’s 12th goal of the season made the difference although Clement reckons his side should have killed off Hearts sooner with a second goal. “We had five big chances but for me, with our qualities, it should be at least three goals. So more things to work on.”
But hailing the new spirit in his squad, the former Club Brugge and Monaco gaffer added: “Before I came here I didn’t see too much of a team in the images I saw.
“Now I see a team, I see a dressing room where everybody wants to fight, where people come in and play not in their best position but do a job for the team, like Dujon Sterling did at the end when he came on at left-back.
“Those are crucial things. Having that mentality gives you 10 or 15 extra
