A bakery offering a kaleidoscope of filled doughnuts to people with a sweet tooth in Salford has opened its first store, after building a following at markets around Greater Manchester.
Familiar to many who might have seen them at various makers markets in Crewe, Didsbury, Knutsford and many others, Doughfinity has just opened their first store in Walkden, with tray after tray of cream-filled and pretty pastry goodness. All made by hand.
The new bakery offers a wide variety of doughnuts with an ever-changing menu, including Biscoff, Lotus, lemon curd-filled pastries. Though their most popular offerings are their Nutella and white chocolate cream doughnuts.

Doughfinity was founded by husband and wife team Emelyn and Rodrigo Rosa, who craft by hand every element of their business, from making the dough and proving it overnight to each of their toothsome fillings.
Its new owners said in a statement: "We've been working extra hard behind the scenes since last year, setting up our very own central kitchen to cook up those mouthwatering treats you see all over Instagram and TikTok.
"This new store is a game-changer! It allows us to cater to all the amazing weekend markets throughout 2024, host epic pop-ups across the North West, and, of course, serve our awesome local community."
Salford's latest bakery is open from 10am to 4.30pm, Tuesday to Saturday. You can find their new premises on Bolton Road in Walkden.
