Former Manchester United striker Michael Owen believes Manchester City have "got one hand" on the Premier League title following their 4-1 win over Arsenal at the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday evening.
City moved to within two points of the Gunners at the summit with a blistering performance under the lights, secured thanks to goals from Kevin De Bruyne (2), John Stones and Erling Haaland. The Blues found themselves 2-0 up by half-time, thanks to De Bruyne's first goal of the contest and an excellent header from Stones.
De Bruyne then grabbed his second and City's third nine minutes into the second half before Arsenal netted a late consolation goal through defender Rob Holding. Haaland, who had grabbed the assists for both of De Bruyne's goals, then got himself in on the act in stoppage time, firing home a typically instinctive finish for his 49th goal of the campaign.
