Pep Guardiola hinted at Manchester City changes for the second leg as they look to make home advantage count against Real Madrid.
City came away with a 1-1 draw from the Bernabeu in a match that saw them enjoy plenty of possession but struggle to include star striker Erling Haaland in their play. They fell behind to a Vinicius Jr strike but hit back in the second half through Kevin De Bruyne.
Guardiola will review the footage before deciding what they could do differently in the second half, but spoke about a wish to find more space to play Haaland in as well as some defensive tinkering. The manager said he already 'had an idea' on what was needed.

"We will watch the match and try because in the first half it was good for the first leg but it didn't have that aggression to score. We expect to adjust a bit in the second leg. I have a bit of an idea on what we need to do," said Guardiola.
"It's a play-off now. We know exactly what they have done. Maybe we will adjust something, maybe not.
"We have to see if we can defend a little bit better in some departments and attack because [Toni] Rudiger was so close to Erling and it was not easy to find spaces for Erling but we will try to adjust something maybe in the second leg to be more fluid and play with a bit more rhythm because we play at home and at home we feel comfortable with our people.
"We are going to try. The team that is going to win the game is going to get to the final."
