Love Island host Maya Jama could be set for a big payday to stay on as the show’s presenter.The star, 28, took over from former host Laura Whitmore for the winter and summer version of this year’s show on ITV, with one source suggesting the star could be set for a payday of £750,000 to stay on the show. According to one insider, Maya has been a hit with ITV bosses and they are keen to keep her on for future series.
A source told The Sun on Sunday: “ITV absolutely love Maya — she’s gone down a storm with viewers and is perfect with her fun banter and flirty style. “Execs see her as part of the ongoing success of the show so are preparing a pay increase when it comes to renewing her contract ahead of the next series. “She’s one of their hottest commodities and they’re determined to keep her happy.
