Love Island 2023 winners revealed as Jess and Sammy as they take home £50,000 prize

Jess and Sammy have been crowned Love Island winners as Monday night's final saw the happy couple win the whopping £50,000 prize money. During the live instalment, hosted by Maya Jama, finalists Tyrique Hyde and Ella Thomas, Jess Harding and Samy Root, Zachariah Noble and Molly Marsh, and Whitney Adebayo and Lochan Nowacki, eagerly awaited to find out who would take home the crown.
In fourth place were Molly and Zach, who were then followed by the announcement that Ella and Ty had finished in third place.This then left the final two as Whitney and Lochan and Sammy and Jess - with both viewers and the islanders eagerly awaiting the results. It was then announced that Jess and Sammy had won the series, as the pair appeared shocked at the news.

Earlier in the episode Jess and Sammy had declared their feelings for each other with Sammy telling his girlfriend that he loves her.
