Fans of hit ITV show Love Island were quick to notice some major production blunders in Monday's final, 31 July - from fake pampering for the boys to skipped scenes. Eight weeks of drama and chaos came to an end as Jess Harding and Sammy Root were crowned winners of the show, leaving very much in love.
But during the programme for the final, fans were quick to notice some major technical glitches which left many of them in stitches. To begin with, viewers noticed that when the boys in the villa were able to get haircuts and beard trims before the live final, it looked like the barbers were not actually doing anything and they all left looking exactly the same.
Many fans took to Twitter as one posted: "Tyrique's hair still looks the same, I said it, the barbers weren't doing anything." While another added: "So the barbers scene is fake and the boys finally got their trims this morning lol." A third penned: "Why did the lads all go to the barbers and come out looking exactly the same and no hair cut or beard trim, then tonight live all fresh trims. Ridiculous." But that was not all as viewers of the show also were quick in spotting another technical glitch which left second placed Whitney Adebayo and Lochan Nowacki without a best bits scene during the show.
During the final, host Maya Jama spoke to each of the couples about their journey in the villa before a best bits scene. But the blunder saw the show seemingly skipping Whitney and Lochan's best bits as many fans suggested they went straight to the winner's best bits scene instead.
