A 17-year-old boy has died following a 'workplace accident' on an industrial estate. Greater Manchester Police say the teenager died at the scene of the incident in Bury.

A man has died after being rushed to hospital from a building site in Partington. Emergency services were called to reports of concern for welfare of the man at the site on Hall Lane on Monday afternoon (January 22).
He was taken to Wythenshawe Hospital but sadly passed away despite the best efforts of key workers. Greater Manchester Police say there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
A GMP spokesperson said: "Police were called to reports of a concern for welfare at a building site on Hall Lane in Partington at around 1.54pm today (Monday 22 January 2024).
"Despite the best efforts of emergency service personnel, a man sadly died later at Wythenshawe Hospital. There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death."
