Kerry Katona is devastated following the death of one of her close friends – as she took to Instagram to share a heartbreaking tribute. Kerry shared pictures of herself and her late friend Lauren throughout the years, revealing she had been bravely battling an illness.
In her tribute, Kerry 43, wrote: “Yesterday, this beautiful, brave mother, wife, daughter, sister and the strongest person I’ve ever known lost her fight!! Far too young. She fought for the last two years sooooo hard and was sooo determined to make it into 2024 and she did! "So many many funny and amazing memories we have shared over the years since she was a young girl… I’ll never forget, laughing our a**e off watching love actually to Hugh Grant dancing we must’ve watched it 1000 times!! "We all love you so much and we’re gonna miss you so much Lauren.

The mum-of-five also took to Instagram stories to mourn her loss as she wrote: "Taken too soon you've gained your angel, wings, fly baby girl and rest in peace." The star was soon sent messages of condolences by her fans as one person said: "So sorry kerry sending you so much love xxxx." Another wrote: "So sorry to hear of Lauren's passing. My she rest in peace.
