Katie Price has reportedly been slapped with an eviction notice at her 'Mucky Mansion' home and will be forced to leave in the coming days.
The embattled star has just two weeks to pack up and vacate the property after Horsham County Court issued an eviction notice dated April 24th, 2024.
The notice, addressed to Katie and "any other occupiers", instructs her "to arrange to leave the property with [her] belongings before this time and date" reports the Mirror.
The letter states: "The court has issued a warrant or writ for the possession of the above property (land) at the request of the claimant. A warrant gives a county court bailiff the authority to evict you and hand over possession to the claimant.
A writ gives a High Court Enforcement Officer the authority to evict you and hand over possession to the claimant.
In this notice, the term 'Authorised Person' refers to either the Bailiff or the High Court Enforcement Officer."
Earlier this month, Katie was seemingly at "real risk" of losing her £2million West Sussex home, dubbed the 'Mucky Mansion', amid her growing money woes.
Earlier this year, Katie faced bankruptcy for the second time due to an outstanding tax bill of more than £750,000 owed to HMRC.
Katie bought the property back in 2014, paying a hefty sum of £1.3million. The home, which has fallen into disrepair, features in her Channel 4 renovation series.
In March, Katie defiantly told her followers that 'no one can take her Mucky Mansion', regardless of her financial difficulties.
She said: "You've followed my life, my journey, I say it as it is. Yes, I'm in a bankruptcy. But guess what? I own my house. No one could take it off me as well."
