Katie Price is reported to be desperately seeking an emergency court intervention to avoid being booted out of her infamous Mucky Mansion.
The former glamour model, whose fortune once peaked at £50 million, is grappling with two overdue mortgages on her West Sussex property valued at £1.3 million, alongside a hefty unpaid tax bill of £750,000 contributing to her overall debt of £3 million, reports the Mirror.
Creditors have successfully obtained eviction orders from Horsham County Court, demanding that she vacate the residence by the month's end so it can be sold off to pay down her debts.
However, Katie is not giving up without a fight, subsequently requesting a court hearing to argue for her right to remain in the property, which serves as both her family home and the hub for her OnlyFans content creation business, it's reported.
An insider disclosed: "This really is Katie's last chance. She'll also have to prove that she can retrieve the financial situation by showing she can start settling her debts because it won't be enough to just say it is her house and place of business. She's going to have to stump up some readies and quickly."
At 45, the bankrupt mother of five faces the grim reality of an eviction notice for her notorious Mucky Mansion, with only days left to clear out.
A subsequent notice was spotted outside the model's abode, dated May 3 2024, serving as a stark reminder that time is running out for her to save her property from being taken over.
The first eviction letter to the renowned star denotes that "the eviction will take place on May 29th, 2024, at 10am", providing her with just two weeks to relocate.
The Horsham County Court-issued order for eviction is addressed to both Katie and "any other occupiers".
