Katie Price's Mucky Mansion eviction notice in full as she faces losing £2.2m home 10yrs after buying it from Tory MP

Katie Price has been hit with an eviction notice at her famous 'Mucky Mansion' and she's got just days to pack up and leave. An image of the letter, seen by the Mirror Online, dated April 24th, 2024 states that “the eviction will take place on May 29th, 2024, at 10am” - leaving the troubled star just two weeks to pack up her belongings. Horsham County Court’s eviction notice, which is addressed to Katie and “any other occupiers”, also instructs her “to arrange to leave the property with [her] belongings before this time and date”.
The letter also states: “The court has issued a warrant or writ for the possession of the above property (land) at the request of the claimant.
A warrant gives a county court bailiff the authority to evict you and hand over possession to the claimant. A writ gives a High Court Enforcement Officer the authority to evict you and hand over possession to the claimant. In this notice the term 'Authorised Person' is used to refer to either the Bailiff or the High Court Enforcement Officer.” Katie, 45, purchased the property in 2014 from Tory peer Francis Maude for a cool £1.3million, and it's now the star of her Channel 4 show where she's restoring the once-neglected Mucky Mansion to its former glory.
Back in March, Katie defiantly declared that her beloved Mucky Mansion was hers to keep despite her financial struggles. She told her followers: "You've followed my life, my journey, I say it as it is. Yes, I'm in a bankruptcy.
But guess what? I own my house. No one could take it off me as well." That same month, however, the High Court decided that half of Katie's monthly income would be taken from her. It was revealed during the hearing that trustees had sought an income payment order meaning a portion
