The much loved ITV star decided that to make her 39th birthday she was going to opts for a unique beauty treatment called salmon sperm botox, to help defy the passage of time and keeping her youthful complexion looking in perfect condition.
Revealing the unusual beauty treatment on social media, Josie shared a short video in which her skin was positively glowing as she thanked her fans for their well wishes before admitting she was 'crying' over getting older. “Guys thank you so much for all my birthday wishes, I appreciate you.

I’m still trying to fake it until I make it! So let’s see how long I can fake it for this year.” Looking towards the future, the presenter then added: “This year I’m going to do a lot of self investing, so I’m going to really invest in myself this year and do all those things I’ve always wanted to do personally.
