I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! may only have launched on Sunday night but viewing figures are already plunging in comparison to other years.
Nigel Farage was invited into the jungle for this year's show for a reported £1.5m fee but the decision seems to have backfired for ITV bosses as ratings plummeted once again last night thanks to the inclusion of the former Brexit Party leader.
Farage's appearance on this year's I'm A Celebrity line-up left many fans threatening to tune out of the show and it seems they followed through with their promise.
The opening night's ratings of the iconic ITV show dropped by millions compared to the 2022 series, the Mirror reports.
In addition to this, new viewing figures for Monday night's second episode show an average of 6.1m viewers tuning into the show which is almost one million less viewers than Sunday's launch episode.
The first show of the series pulled in a peak audience of 7.8m and an average of 7m which was down from a peak 10m and average 9.1m in 2022.
As the opening episode of the show launched, the hashtag #BoycottImACelebrity trended on X, formerly known as Twitter, as fans of the show fumed over Farage's participation.
Slamming Ant and Dec, one angry fan wrote: "Sorry boys, not this year. You’ve let a lot of people down with your choice of a certain camp mate.

A third added: "First year I've not watched,
