Locals in Gorton are finding themselves 'in a loop' due to another fly-tipping incident in the area after numerous cases over the past few weeks.
The rubbish was dumped in a hidden area but locals noticed the waste after a 'weird odour' and saw a few items scattered outside the alleyway.
The mess at the back on Lindeth Avenue has been reported to Manchester Council and is in the process of being cleaned. However, residents are worried that it won't be enough to deter future fly-tips.

Similar cases have occurred in Gorton in the past few weeks including a massive fly-tip outside of Gorton cemetery and a fridge being dumped in the middle of a popular street.
William Selby, 73, a resident for over 30 years, said: "It is honestly a loop at the moment, I'm retired so I read and watch the news a lot, I could have sworn I saw an article a few days ago.
"I don't know what's happening anymore. Gorton is a shell of what it used to be, it's becoming more dirty by the day. People don't care about where they live anymore.
"Even ten years ago, it was different. I don't remember the area ever being in a state, I don't recall seeing that many fly-tipping reports, I don't how we address this though.
"It's something people can get away with easily, you just dump rubbish when no one is looking. The only way to beat this is by using cameras, there's a reason we have them."
Data recorded by local authorities show that in the borough of Manchester between April 2022 and March 2023, there were 13,658 fly-tip incidents, the most out of any borough in Greater Manchester by almost 8,000 cases.
Out of the incidents, 609 fixed penalty notices were given out with only 209
