Helen Flanagan has told her fans that she 'doesn't feel mum guilt' after sharing her latest decision for her children. The actress shares her kids Matilda, eight, Delilah, five, and Charlie, two, with her ex-fiance Scott Sinclair, with whom she split up from last summer.
Bury-born Helen confirmed her split from footballer Scott back in April ahead of a stint in the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here's first-ever spin-off show set in South Africa. She said at the time that she and Scott had actually split in July 2022 after almost 13 years together.
They have since been co-parenting and Helen has now shared how she's decided to cancel all of her kids activity clubs at a weekend and is now facing the 'juggle' of squeezing as many after school clubs in as possible during the week.

While waiting for her eldest daughter to finish one of her classes, Helen spoke directly to her fans and followers in a video posted to her Instagram Story. Seen in her car, she said: "I feel like it's such a juggle, the activities. So what I've decided to do this term is, I've cancelled all my kids' classes at the weekends.
"I don't feel mum guilt about it.. Why I've done that is because one of the reasons is with Scott living away, he'd come see the kids and the kids would have their activities and he wasn't having that whole time. He'd drive five hours here, five hours back just to see them and the kids just want to see the dad when they're down.
"[So], if I free up the weekends, then they can go and see their dad for the weekend. But not just that, I've got friends in London, I've got friends in Scotland [and] I like going away for the weekend
