ITV's Lorraine Kelly says 'it's gone dark' as she's supported by fans over 'break' decision

Lorraine Kelly has been told 'we'll miss you' as she took to social media to share a decision she's made about her online presence. The presenter has been back at the helm of her self-titled show for a couple of weeks following her lengthy summer break.
Away from the small screen, Lorraine is often keeping her fans and followers updated with other goings-on on the likes of X, formerly known as Twitter, and Instagram. But before appearing on her ITV show, Lorraine, on Thursday morning (September 21), the 63-year-old shared a decision with her 743,800 followers.
Typing a message on X, Lorraine wrote: "Morning. Having a Twitter break – its all gone a bit dark." She did add however that she’ll still be around on Instagram "for mostly cute photos of my dog".

And her fans and followers were quick to respond. @ciarale01 said: "Noooooo don't go away Lorraine! Last week, Lorraine was forced to apologise to viewers following a live blunder The TV presenter was left saying 'I thought that was allowed' after being told off by show bosses. The Scottish presenter, whose breakfast programme airs weekdays at 9am, was interviewing actor Damian Lewis about his return to the TV show Billions.
Damian, who left the drama series at the end of season five, will return as fan-favourite Bobby 'Axe' Axelrod for six of the
