Good Morning Britain's Kate Garraway and Ben Shephard were left in stitches after an on-air blunder ahead of interviewing a guest.
The co-stars were reunited on Thursday morning following a variety of presenter shake-ups on the breakfast show due to the summer holidays, and it wasn't long before they were cracking each other up. Kate, 56, and Ben, 48, are close friends both on and off the set, which often sparks hilarious moments and banter while the pair are presenting.
Thursday's episode was no exception, ahead of the pair speaking to Doctor Who star Jemma Redgrave, 58, about an upcoming role for the actress.
Jemma played Kate Stewart in a number of Doctor Who episodes, but the star is now set to take to the stage this month with a run in Marek Horn's Octopolis at the Hampstead Theatre in London. In the build-up to the segment, Kate was discussing Jemma's new role and stated that she would be playing an "octopus on-stage", with the host admitting she was "very intrigued to see that".
Struggling to stifle his laughter, Ben then clarified that the star would be instead playing the scientist looking after the sea creature, Professor George Grey, rather than the octopus itself. Kate then admitted she had been concerned about the concept since hearing about it in the team's morning meeting - with Ben responding: "It's only my first day back as well.
