Gemma Atkinson has said she'll 'take it all' as she showed the reality of her post-partum body. The Hits Radio host is always open and honest with her fans, particularly when it comes to health, fitness and being a busy mum-of-two.
In one of her latest updates, Gemma, 39, spoke about how she was getting on with her diastasis recti - a common condition in pregnant and postpartum people. It occurs when the rectus abdominis muscles (six-pack ab muscles) separate during pregnancy from being stretched. The separation can make a person's belly stick out or bulge months or years postpartum.
The Bury-born star has previously spoke about heading for her 'mummy MOT' which is described as a specialist postnatal examination for women with practitioners providing exercises and treatment to aid post-birth recovery which she did after both her children - daughter Mia and son Thiago - were born.

While the appointments are set to feature in her and her fiance Gorka Marquez's reality show, Gemma and Gorka: Life Behind the Lens, Gemma did give a little update to her millions of followers, sharing how she still had " a little bit" of ab separation but said: "It's my real-life, post-partum journey."
She then shared two pictures side by side showing the "insane" difference since between when she was six-weeks post C-section after welcoming Thigo, known as Tio for short, back in July and now more than six months on.
