Cristiano Ronaldo sent a rallying cry to his teammates after netting an 87th-minute winner in Al-Nassr's 2-1 win over Al-Ta'ee on Friday evening.
Luis Castro's side continued to heap the pressure on Saudi Pro League leaders Al-Ittihad with a sixth win from their opening games. It was also a ninth consecutive victory across all competitions, continuing an excellent run of form.
Ronaldo led the line and the Prince Abdul Aziz bin Musa'ed Stadium, starring alongside summer arrivals Aymeric Laporte, Sadio Mane and Marcelo Brozovic. The former Manchester United frontman saw his side take an early lead when Talisca found the net inside 32 minutes.

Al-Ta'ee, who are currently mid-table, looked to have nicked a point when Virgil Misidjan equalised with 11 minutes to go but Al-Nassr were awarded a penalty in the dying minutes. Ronaldo duly stepped up to fire home and hand his side a vital three points.
After the win, Ronaldo tweeted: "Another important victory and 9 wins in a row! Well done Team! Let’s keep the good work!"
The 38-year-old has been in excellent form during his first full campaign in the Middle East, netting 10 goals in just seven Saudi Pro League appearances. Alongside the likes of Mane and Brozovic, he looks to be propelling his side into a title challenge.
After leaving United in November last year following a public fallout with manager Erik ten Hag, Ronaldo has continued his prolific nature with Al-Nassr. Last season, he netted 14 times in 16 league games during the second half of the season.
Al-Nassr are currently third in the Saudi Pro League, winning six of their first eight
