Scotland’s largest council has u-turned on plans to stop using a homeless hotel amid concerns about a huge rise in rough sleepers.

Travellers are facing major disruption after Edinburgh Airport was forced to close on Monday morning.
A number of flights had to be diverted to other airports while planes due to take off were held at the gates.
The travel chaos was reportedly due to runway repairs after a fault was detected at around 8am.
Repair work has since been carried out with the temporary closure lifted at around 9am.
A spokesperson for Edinburgh Airport said: "Arrivals and departures were suspended for a short period while our teams carried out emergency repairs on our airfield.
"This has since been completed and all operations have resumed. Safety is our priority and we thank passengers for their patience."
