Coronation Street spoilers see Adam go after the truth as Sarah opens paternity results

Since Sarah’s affair with dodgy Damon Hay was outed, she and husband Adam have been on bad terms.Then Sarah discovered she was pregnant but didn’t know who the father is. Viewers have seen Sarah lie to Adam telling him the clinic had a phone call to confirm he’s the father, but she then binned the results letter without even opening it.
However in Wednesday's episode, 26 July, Sarah notices her paternity test results have reappeared in Stephen Reid’s flat. After opening them, Sarah attends the sonogram where the baby is confirmed to be healthy. Sarah is offered the genetic disease test, even though Gail and Adam assure her there’s no illness in their family, Adam clocks Sarah’s unease.
Adam suffers another panic attack, something that’s become more frequent since his wife’s affair. Daniel Osborne asks Adam about the scan and Adam confides in him that he still doesn’t trust Sarah about him being the father. So Adam decides to go in search of the truth himself and tells Sarah he’s asked the clinic to send him written confirmation.
Will Adam finally get the truth? And will it provide the answer he wants? Also in Wednesday's episode, Aadi Alahan fears his secret affair with Courtney Vance will be outed. Aadi’s dad, Dev Alahan, tells him to keep his ear to the ground because of the rumour that Courtney’s cheating on her husband. Later on, Aadi is left feeling very guilty when Darren Vance tells him how grateful he is that Aadi’s been looking after his wife while he’s been attending to business.
