Christine McGuinness laughs off 'very confusing time' as she says she 'forgets' she's autistic after 'red flag' statement

Christine McGuinness was able to laugh it off after admitting to her fans she was having a 'very confusing time'. The model took to her Instagram Story to share how a sudden change of plans resulted in it 'destroying her whole day'.
The 35-year-old, who was diagnosed with autism at 33 after all three of her young children received the same diagnosis, spoke directly to her fans and followers in a video posted to her Instagram Story. Without saying what, Christine explained that she had 'set her heart' on something to happen which didn't come off and the disappointment, she said, 'took over my whole night and all day'.
"Hello everyone, I'm having a very confusing time in Christine's world right now," she said to her 711K followers. "I'm very unsettled and I've given myself a hard time for feeling so confused and not knowing why I'm not calm. I just can't.... I'm not explaining myself very well.

"I'm not... feelings in my head and my vocalising aren't matching up. And then I'm like 'why are you like that?' And then I kind of go [looks up and smiles]. Yesterday I wanted something to happen and it didn't happen and I set my heart on it. Then it took over my whole night and all day today and I'm just like 'why can't I just be okay with that?' Because I don't like it when things change and plans change."
However, the mum-of-three then seemingly shared how a concrete plan wasn't actually made as she admitted: "The funny thing is right this whole scenario of what I'm talking about is something that I just planned in my head that I wanted to happen and no-one else in the whole world even knew about.
