Christine McGuinness told 'this was beautiful to watch' as she's captured during serene moment at Cheshire home with ex-Paddy

Christine McGuinness has been flooded with positive messages after sharing a serene moment she took time out to experience at the family home she still shares with her ex-husband Paddy McGuinness.
The model had been quieter than usual on social media after updating her followers on how the school summer holidays had been going so far for her and her three children - twins Penelope and Leo and youngest daughter Felicity.
Last weekend, Christine was seen finding up an afternoon workout following a busy day out with her kids as they completed the first full week of the summer holidays. Christine, who was diagnosed with autism after all three of her children, who she shares with TV star Paddy, were given the diagnosis, said to the camera: "My happy place," as she walked through her home gym.

"Honestly, I've just finished a gym session and I'm nowhere near as strong as I was, I'm nowhere near as fit as I was but it feels good. I really enjoy it and I'll get in when I can. Obviously, over the summer holidays, it's a lot harder but I took the three kids bowling and we all ate out which we don't do that often but they ate with me today, hot dogs and chips, and went to a little play centre.
"They're just amazing. They're doing so well. I remember when I would've been like, 'Mum, can you come with me?' or, 'Someone come with me,' but now it's manageable. And it was busy as well and they were fine so I'm happy, I feel really good. Proud mama."
