A car flipped on its roof in a horror crash on the M90 this afternoon.
Emergency services raced to the busy motorway, near Newbridge, west of Edinburgh, after the alarm was raised at around 12pm on Saturday.
Footage shared online by a passerby showed the vehicle flipped on its roof near the central reservation.
Several lanes of the busy carriageway could be seen closed off, just before the Queensferry Crossing.
A number of people could be seen speaking with officers with ambulance crews also in attendance. Trunk road incident support vehicles were also at the scene clearing debris from the road.
It's understood the crash involved just one vehicle, but it's currently unclear if anyone was injured as a result. The road reopened just over an hour later following recovery of the vehicle.
A spokesperson for Traffic Scotland confirmed: "M90 Southbound is now clear due to a previous vehicle collision. All lanes running."
Police Scotland were asked for comment.
