It won't be long now until the brand new series of Strictly Come Dancing is back on our screens as the BBC announce the launch date of the first episode.
The star-studded line up who will battle it out for the Glitter Ball trophy includes names such as Les Dennis, EastEnders actor Bobby Brazier, Love Island's Zara McDermott, Coronation Street star Ellie Leach, Channel 4 News anchor Krishnan Guru-Murthy and Sherlock star Amanda Abbington.
Show hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman will also return once again and Craig Revel-Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke and head judge Shirley Ballas will all be back on the judging panel.
And the first episode of the series will air on Saturday, September 23 as the show airs on BBC One, reports The Mirror.
The series will run for 13 weeks and the final will be on Saturday, December 16.
Strictly: It Takes Two will also be making a comeback alongside the main show this autumn and Janette Manrara will be resuming her hosting duties on the spin-off show.
Janette announced she would be returning to the show on Instagram just a few weeks after giving birth as one follower asked Janette: "Are you going back on ITT?"
And Janette excitedly replied: "Yes, I am back. I guess there wasn't a huge official announcement but yeah I'm back. Luckily I had more than enough time on maternity leave with Lyra for me to be able to come back and do the show."
Fleur East, who competed in the 2022 series of the hit dance contest, will be Janette's new co-host for Strictly It Takes Two after Rylan Clark quit the show earlier this year.
