Back to the Future's Christopher Lloyd joins The Mandalorian season 3 cast on Disney+

The Mandalorian has added the Back to the Future actor Christopher Lloyd to its cast list for its third season. His character is currently kept a secret but it has been described as guest-starring.
Lloyd, who played the time-travelling scientist Dr. Emmett Brown in the Back to the Future trilogy also played Klingon Commander Kruge in 1984’s Star Trek III: The Search for Spock. However, more recently the 83-year-old has appeared in the action film Nobody as well as The Tender Bar, a film directed by George Clooney.
The Back to the Future actor is clearly no stranger to science fiction. And, with the third season is currently being filmed in Southern California, here’s everything you need to know about the cast and plot.

The lead character The Mandalorian/Din Djarin will be played by Pedro Pascal again for its third season. Also returning are Carl Weathers as Greef Karga and Giancarlo Esposito will return as the evil Moff Gideon.
Mandalorian leader Bo-Katan Kryze, played by Katee Sackhoff, introduced in season two is also returning. The remaining cast members that could also be returning are: Temuera Morrison as Boba Fett, Ming-Na Wen as Fennec Shand and Rosario Dawson as Ahsoka Tano.
The team are keeping their lips sealed at the moment, however, the producer, writer and director of the show Dave Filoni hinted at what to expect from the latest season on Good Morning America .
He mentioned: “There's a lot of new adventures coming up. I have to be careful, I can't really say anything specific, but I think the Force will be strong with this, let's just say that."
